Bump!

I believe the spec is 130 mm front and 210 mm rear - looking for matching set. Could trade or negotiate my current Briggs Junior Magnesium rims if that helps!

That would usually depend on when the damage was done. Tech will let you scan in a tire with similar wear on a race day to replace a damaged one. The key there being similar wear.

No cracks, what you see in pics is just a lot of padding tape residue! Not sure official size name but see measurements in pictures. From a Junior kart, very light!
