Hi All,

Just wanted to get a read on the interest for the shifter drivers participating in this event. I have no affiliations with anyone or any other events. Historically, I have only run a shifter at this track once a long time ago and it was pretty fun. Here are the details from the MaxKartingGroup site:

EVENT: Rotax Canada Final Round 1 Edmonton Stratotech Park
Optional Practice $65.00 July 20 (Register And Pay At Track)
Official Practice July 21
Qualifying And Heats: July 22
Finals: July 23

Winner wins a day in a spec Maita

I won't offer any opinion until some comments come in as I don't want to sway it one way or the other.

I know myself and mack are going to this. Should be a fun weekend!
Not sure what tire is spec for shifter?

From what I've heard 5 from edmonton plan on going as well .

It should be a very relaxed weekend, but also fun to learn new gearing and jetting.

3pm -7pm Open Track
