Any advice for cleaning race suits?

I'm inclined to simply spot stain remove and hand wash but imagine there are tried and true methods out there?

Molecule stuff works pretty great in my experience.

Molecule stain remover, with a bit of scrubbing, and molecule detergent in the wash. Not perfect, but works well.

I knew there would be some inside knowledge. Thanks you two!
